Hi, I’m Tammy.

My career has never followed a straight line—and I consider that one of my greatest strengths.

I began as a high school teacher and went on to work in technical recruiting and software sales, built a creative business as the owner and designer of a tabletop rental company, and serve as a Career Attainment Coach for a nonprofit organization.

Each chapter taught me something different about people, communication, careers, and the value we bring to our work. It also gave me the opportunity to experience the hiring process from multiple perspectives—as a candidate, recruiter, salesperson, business owner, and career coach.

Today, as an Interview Coach, I bring those perspectives together to help people recognize their value, understand what truly makes an opportunity a good fit, and communicate both with clarity and confidence.

Because a successful interview isn’t about memorizing the perfect answers.

It’s about creating alignment.
